What We Built Instead

Firm App started with a simple insight: most questions owners ask have knowable answers. "When's my next payment?" has a date. "What's my decimal interest?" is in a database somewhere. "How do I update my address?" has a process.

The problem wasn't that these questions were hard - it was that getting the answer required a human to look it up. So we built AI that could do the looking up instead.
